Wholesale Shipping & Freight Policy

1. Dedicated Freight Provider Agreement

To maintain the integrity of our logistics network and ensure the safe transport of high-volume appliance loads, NEU Appliance Wholesale utilizes a dedicated freight hauling provider. By finalizing a purchase on our platform, the customer formally agrees to use our designated carrier for all transport requirements associated with the order. We do not permit third-party carrier pickups or customer-arranged freight at this time.

2. Delivery Estimates and Timelines

Upon the processing of an order, our logistics team will provide an estimated window for the arrival of the load. Please note that these dates are strictly estimates provided for planning purposes. While we strive for precision, these timelines are not guaranteed and are subject to change due to carrier availability, weather conditions, or logistical variables beyond our control.

3. Shipping Costs and Obligations

All shipping fees are calculated based on the destination and the specific dimensions of the load. These costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be clearly outlined during the checkout process or via a formal quote. Shipping charges are non-refundable once the load has been dispatched from our facility.

4. Receiving and Documentation

The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is equipped to receive freight (e.g., a loading dock or forklift). Any additional fees incurred due to delivery re-attempts, residential surcharges, or liftgate requirements not disclosed at the time of purchase will be billed to the customer.

5. Risk of Loss

The risk of loss and title for all wholesale merchandise passes to the customer once the load is transferred to our dedicated freight provider. We recommend that our partners maintain appropriate insurance coverage for their high-value inventory during transit.
